SMS / text messaging program terms
Program: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Randall Systems, which may include account, appointment, service, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Recurring services bill on the stated cycle until cancelled in accordance with that agreement. Invoicing and payment processing are handled by Randall Creative Inc.
Intellectual property
Site content and our pre-existing materials remain our property. Work product delivered under a paid engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randall Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
